How can it save your time, money and improve efficiency of your team?

A large number of companies do not perform well, simply because of administration issues. Lost documents, time wasted on searching for them, inaccurate data, time spent on phone calls, misunderstanding with your clients... Sounds familiar?

If so, then benefit from the following:

Save lots of money and get a quick return on your investment.

How much per year do you spent on printing, distributing the information to your staff, branches, departments etc? Paper, ink, phone calls, stamps?

Could you use this money more effectively? Perhaps to buy new equipment or for a staff pay rise? Would it make your team work harder and feel more appreciated, therefore increasing your profits even more?

Time is money - save it

Do you realize how much time is wasted on looking for the right information in your company, on writing emails, asking questions, phone calls?

Could this time be used more effectively, perhaps by focusing more on customer service? Getting new business, serving your potential clients?

Would having all information within one click of the mouse improve the efficiency of your team? How would it influence your profits if they could focus on serving customers instead of unnecessary administration?

Eliminate misunderstandings and questions: 'I did not know?', 'Where is it?', 'Where did I lose it?' since everything is in one place and can be printed out if needed.

In less then a minute, you can announce any changes and events to all of your staff at the same time. With ease!

What else you can do with your internal website?

The possibilities are virtually endless and we are happy to research what will work best for you. Of course you can have your own ideas as well. Here are some other options:

  • Research and increase your staff satisfaction by having an 'exchange of opinions' section.
  • Improve and develop your products and services - have a 'brainstorming' section where your staff can post fresh ideas for you to consider as well as any relevant information from customers.
  • Increase sales and save money on training. Instead of losing time on meetings have a 'learning' section where you can post any documents, tips and ideas for your staff to learn new skills at their convenience.
  • Improve communication in your company by having all the contact details in one place on your Internal Website

Is it secure?

Well, it has to be. Your intranet is designed to protect your company's sensitive data and at the same time to give an immediate access to price lists, brochures and company information to your staff. It is also easy to use, with sections and pages designed especially to meet your company's specific needs and easy to update from an intuitive control panel.

What you get is an Intranet/ Internal Website with sections designed specifically to improve the quality of work, flow of information in your company as well as save you a lot of time and money on printing, meetings and administration.

How this will enhance your business and profits? You alone know the answer...

Keyword research

Finding the right keywords for your website is an important part of our SEO Services. The keywords will be used for your menu, headlines and webpage titles as well as some parts of the body text.

It is important to find the right Keywords that is being search for in the search engines.

By giving our SEO Services a list of keywords that you think will apply to your website and your business, we can analyze and test this keywords to find out the value using those keywords. As a part of our SEO Services we will also find related and associated keywords that apply to your business.

Organizing a Keyword List

Organizing a keyword list with your main keywords, menu keywords and long tail keywords will provide you with:

  • Menu structure.
  • Page titles.
  • Headlines.
  • Sub headlines.

Keywords from the Statistics

Our SEO Services will provide exact statistics that provides valuable information on how users find your website, and which keywords they are using in the search engines.

If a user have found your website at the second or third page in Google with a particular keyword, it's a big chance you will get much more traffic if the same web page is # 1, 2 or 3 on the first page.

Testing Keywords with Google Adwords

By testing the keywords with a Google Adwords ad will tell you if that keyword are being used in the searches.

Article marketing and SEO Services

Not many do understand the Power of Article Marketing. But the fact is that with each well written article you will harvest the effect for many years by relevant traffic. Through well written articles on a consistent basis you will be able to:

  • Strengthen your website reputation.
  • Establish an online authority.
  • Get valuable natural back links.
  • Get higher search rankings.
  • Get high-quality natural search engine traffic every day.

By giving our SEO Services your keyword list, and the themes of the articles, we will write and optimize the articles so they convert visitors to customers. Based on the keyword list we can suggest GOOD Professional titles and headlines of the articles. We write good articles both for your website and for external websites including anchor text links to your relevant landing page.

Back links - Links from other Websites

Links from other websites is like a Recommendation for your Website. If you ask any Online Marketer you find that all agree that link building is the most important activity to increase traffic to your website. Link building may be the most important signal for the search engines that your website is worth putting at a GOOD POSITION with that particular Keyword.

Good links vs. NOT good links

Obviously you do not want links from "dirty" websites or adult websites. You do want to have as many links as possible from anchor links, in the middle of content that is about your theme and subject. Links at the bottom of the website has less value than anchor links. Links near the top of the article has more weight than links further down. But to insure that the search engines will index and use your link, you may need to repeat it two or three times throughout the article. (But don`t overdo it)

Natural links

Natural links will come from websites when the webmaster or website owner think your article has value to his/ her visitors.

  • Look for blog writers that may write about you, and give them an optimized URL they can include in their writing.
  • TIP them about your article and give them a few GOOD points why they should consider writing about your products and services.
  • You may suggest to give them one or two products for them to use as a gift in a comment contest.

Write about an article on another website

Write a few words about an article that can enhance your user`s knowledge about a special subject. Everybody are looking for positive reviews about their website, and will love to link to it. Make sure you give them a TIP about your review, and give them an optimized link as well.

Joomla Template

Responsive web design (RWD) is a web design approach aimed at crafting sites to provide an optimal viewing experience—easy reading and navigation with a minimum of resizing, panning, and scrolling—across a wide range of devices (from desktop computer monitors to mobile phones).

A site designed with RWD adapts the layout to the viewing environment by using fluid, proportion-based grids, flexible images, and CSS3 media queries, an extension of the @media rule.

  • The fluid grid concept calls for page element sizing to be in relative units like percentages, rather than absolute units like pixels or points.
  • Flexible images are also sized in relative units, so as to prevent them from displaying outside their containing element.
  • Media queries allow the page to use different CSS style rules based on characteristics of the device the site is being displayed on, most commonly the width of the browser.
  • Server-side components (RESS) in conjunction with client side ones such as media queries can produce faster-loading sites for access over cellular networks and also deliver richer functionality/useability.

Progressive enhancement based on browser-, device-, or feature-detection

Where a web site must support basic mobile devices that lack JavaScript, browser ("user agent") detection (also called "browser sniffing"), and mobile device detection are two ways of deducing if certain HTML and CSS features are supported (as a basis for progressive enhancement)—however, these methods are not completely reliable unless used in conjunction with a device capabilities database.

For more capable mobile phones and PCs, JavaScript frameworks like Modernizr, jQuery, and jQuery Mobile that can directly test browser support for HTML/CSS features (or identify the device or user agent) are popular. Polyfills can be used to add support for features—e.g. to support media queries (required for RWD), and enhance HTML5 support, on Internet Explorer. Feature detection also might not be completely reliable with older browsers: some may report that a feature is available, when it is either missing or so poorly implemented that it is effectively nonfunctional.

Interesting Statistics:

With Egypt’s economy in disarray and its prospects looking increasingly bleak two years into the post-revolutionary period, there are few sectors to which terms like “growing” and “attractive” are still applied. This is not the case however, for Egypt’s internet economy, which in 2011 accounted for 1.1 per cent of GDP, according to a 2012 Boston Consulting Group (BCG) report.

E-commerce in particular, generally defined as the buying and selling of goods and services online, has attracted millions of dollars from local and international investors eager to tap into the potential of the Egyptian market, which, with its 31 million internet users, has the largest population of internet users in the MENA region. (ref.: http://english.ahram.org.eg/News/64966.aspx)

Do I really need an e-commerce site?

As a guideline, answer the following questions to determine whether you need an e-commerce site:

  • Do you want a website that can serve as an online shop front or showroom?
  • Do you want to sell your products or services online?
  • Do you understand your target market and their receptiveness to online shopping?
  • Do you want to enable your clients to shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?

If you answered yes to these questions, you can benefit from having an e-commerce site.
